Folks held a Prayer Protest against a Male Student running for Homecoming Queen

Great Hera, Tennessee! Students at David Crockett High School were so upset about a male student running for Homecoming Queen, they held a prayer protest.

Those students were suspended. I guess the power of prayer failed.

Okay what really pisses me off about this is the fact that these skanky-looking girls are pleading their "religious" beliefs. The Bible also warns against women dressing as men and each one is attired so. They're also not that attractive so I think it's just jealousy. If they want to uphold their "religious" beliefs then they should go home, put on a dress, and uphold ALL of them.

Really, to be so very 'religious' on some issues, while ignoring other aspects of the 'Good Book', must be very confusing for them...

The religious element that was brought into this is irrelevant. People need to get used to breaking down barriers if we are ever to get true equality in our civilization. You can't have gender assignments and have equality. Of course you are talking to someone who thinks bathrooms for each gender and sport teams being split by gender, compromises equality. People need to grow up and cast off their crutches.
