Missouri lawmaker wants Governor impeached over Gay Couples' Tax Returns

Interesting... Missouri's House Republican, Nick Marshall, wants to impeach Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon for signing an executive order that accepts joint tax filings from legally married gay couples and other things.

According to Nick, he thinks the governor violated the law; in fact he wrote this statement on Facebook:
I will seek Articles of Impeachment against the Governor. He has openly disregarded the laws and Constitution of the State of Missouri and allowed his administration to do so on multiple occasions. If we are to live under the Rule of Law, he cannot be allowed to remain in office.
If you go to his FB page (click link above) you can see the responses. This act may not come to the floor, considering that the EO follows the state tax law. However, I think Nick is looking for attention.
